The pro-abortion legal campaign to get David Daleiden imprisoned for exposing the truth of fetal tissue trafficking by Planned Parenthood experienced a major setback late last week when the San Francisco Superior Court threw out 14 of 15 charges. The sole remaining charge has to do with misrepresenting one’s self. Many pro-abortion journalists actually publicly come to the defense of David Daleiden, Sandra Merritt, and Medical Progress in the matter of this final charge. Journalists frequently use the tactic in investigative journalism and realize that if David and Sandra are convicted, it would have serious impact to their own practices.
