The three states joined North Dakota in banning abortions performed for the sole reason that the unborn child has a down syndrome diagnosis.  The laws were signed in conjunction with the recent World Down Syndrome Day on March 21.  Measures such as these will prevent states from engaging in the same kind of ‘silent holocaust’ that Iceland has undertaken in recent years by ruthlessly aborting any unborn child with a diagnosis of down syndrome.
