Pro abortion proponents will stop at nothing to justify the destruction of human life in the womb. Recently Chelsea Clinton claimed that abortion has been good for the economy.

“Chelsea Clinton has generated media attention with her 14-day, 10-city “Rise Up for Roe Tour,” sponsored by pro-abortion rights groups Planned Parenthood Action Fund, Demand Justice and NARAL Pro-Choice America. During her first stop in New York City, Ms. Clinton claimed that Roe v. Wade has been good for America’s economy because it enabled women to enter the workforce and contribute $3.5 trillion to the economy. And that alone, she asserts, should motivate citizens to cherish and support abortion.”

This is clearly not the case. If America had 60 million more citizens holding and creating jobs, paying into Social Security, paying taxes, creating new inventions, and making great new discoveries, there’s no telling how much more economic prosperity we would be experiencing today. New Medical Technology Could Reduce Abortions

While still in the womb, Elianna was diagnosed with alpha thalassemia major, a fatal disorder that prevents the formation of normal hemoglobin that carries oxygen to cells throughout the body. Almost five percent of the population carries the gene that causes this condition.

An ultrasound revealed life-threatening swelling, including an enlarged heart, that are sure signs of the disease. It was Elianna’s body responding to severe anemia and a lack of oxygen.

Elianna’s condition was critical, and doctors had to treat the swelling before they could give her a life-saving stem cell transplant. Doctors would actually try a radical new treatment involving adult stem cells from Elianna’s mother. Read about it and the results here.

Oft-Cited Pro-Choice Statistic Proven Wrong

Today pro-abortion advocates frequently portray abortion as a ‘reproductive health’ issue, or as something that saves women’s lives. “Pro-life legislation kills women.” However, the major study that’s supported that mantra was recently reviewed. It revealed extreme bias in the original studies that appeared to support the pro-choice side in their claims. However once the bias is corrected for and accurate statistical methodology is applied, we get findings like this –

“Accurate data shows that California, which has liberal abortion laws, had a staggering maternal death rate increase of 142% between 2007 and 2008, which is more than twice “the percentage of any single-year increase in Texas during the study period (2000-2014).” So much for the abortion industry’s claim that pro-life laws hurt women.”
